Get your costumes ready and your taste buds tingling, because Grasshopper’s Wicked Pickles is heading to the annual Fall Spooktacular in Rising Sun, Maryland!

We’re thrilled to be one of over 35 local vendors at this fantastic festive event. It’s the perfect chance to stock up on your favorite wicked flavors just in time for fall parties and holiday dinners.

Event Details You Need to Know

The Fall Spooktacular is a free, family-friendly event you won’t want to miss:

• When: Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Where: Rising Sun Town Square

What to Expect

The town square will be packed with fall fun, including:

• Games & Activities: Bring the kids for pumpkin painting, pony rides, and an inflatable corn maze!
• Costume Contest: Show off your best spooky or silly costume! The contest starts at noon in front of the Town Hall.
• Food Trucks & Vendors: Grab a great lunch and browse all the amazing local crafts and goods. (And, of course, stop by our tent for the best darn pickles around!)
• Trunk or Treat: Don’t forget the nearby Trunk or Treat event at Janes Church (213 North Walnut St.) from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Important Travel Note

Please be aware that the Rising Sun Police Department has announced road closures for this event, specifically North Queen Street and East Main Street. Plan for potential detours and a high volume of traffic and pedestrians, and give yourself extra time to find parking.
